A: Clean the residual solder balls on the desoldered BGA. Apply evenly a thin layer of solder paste. Then use Stencil 

to plant the tin balls to BGA. Place the BGA on the reballing station and start the machine, to let the solder balls melt 

and fixed on the BGA.
